Add Multiple Consecutive Many-to-Many Relationships

You can add consecutive multiple many-to-many relationships by pressing the CTRL key before you click the many-to-many relationship tool. Click the parent entity, then click the child entity to add the first many-to-many relationship. While holding down CTRL, click another parent entity and child entity to create another many-to-many relationship.
