Float the Action Log Pane in the Workspace

When the Action Log is not positioned (docked) next to the workspace boundary, it is floating. By default, the Action Log pane is docked.

To float the Action Log pane in the workspace

1. Right-click within the Action Log Pane.

   A context menu displays.

2. Click Allow Docking.

   The Allow Docking selection is cleared and the Action Log pane is floating in your workspace. You can drag it to any location.

You can also double-click the Action Log gripper bar to return to the previous docked or floating Action Log position. For example, if you reposition a floating Action Log and then double-click the Action Log gripper bar, the Action Log returns to the previous docked position.
