You resolve differences by synchronizing properties in your left and right model. To do this, you simply move objects or properties from one model to the other. When you select the row you want to work with, click the 
Left or 
Right button on the main toolbar, or click the smaller version of the same icons in the compare row.
When items in the compare row match, no differences are displayed. The cross hatches disappear when the object properties match.
