Preview a Result Set Before Printing

You can use the Print Preview dialog to preview each page of a result set before you print it. This feature is helpful if you make changes to the layout, headers and footers, page numbers, a title, or the page margins, and you want to see how the changes will appear in the printed result set.

To preview a result set before printing

1. Click Data Browser in the Standard toolbar.

   The Data Browser opens.

2. Double-click on a report.

   The result set displays.

3. Click Print Preview.

   The Print Preview dialog opens.
