Interaction Status

The Interaction Status dialog opens when you add or edit a CA ERwin DM model in Microsoft VSTS Database Edition.

You can check the current status of your link with CA ERwin DM, and optionally close a connection. When the interaction is active, you can make changes to the CA ERwin DM model, but not to your VSTS Database Edition project. To return to your work in VSTS Database Edition, save your model in CA ERwin DM. The model and schema are synchronized, and the Interaction Status Screen closes.

An Integration Guide is provided in PDF format and is installed to the \Program Files\CA\ERwin Data Modeler\Doc\ folder on the PC where you installed CA ERwin DM.
