Automatic Layout Options for Relationships

You can choose from among three options for automatically laying out relationship lines in the current subject area:

• The Relationship Auto Layout option on the relationship shortcut menu.

  Adjusts the position of the selected relationship line automatically.

• The Redraw All Relationship Lines button in the Layout tab in the Format Preferences dialog.

  Resets the position of all relationships in your model to the default layout position.

• The Allow manual layout check box in Layout tab in the Format Preferences dialog.

  Prevents you from manually moving any relationship lines.
