If you use the CA OM Document Viewer to access your mainframe-based output management repository, it must be installed and configured on each workstation that requires access.
In addition, CA Common Services—CCIPC—must be installed and a successful connection established to the z/OS environment where CA DRAS and the mainframe repositories reside.
After installation, end users are responsible for defining the remote folders for each mainframe repository that they have access to.
