During DSCL SCAN REALVOLS and SCAN CATALOGS processing, CA Disk can issue error messages when broken data sets are encountered. If you do not want these messages to be issued, set the sysparm DSCLMSGS to N. This will suppress broken data set messages without affecting the job step return code.
