Reason:
When a rolled off GDS is processed for backup or archive and another job is creating a generation in the GDG, the product issues this message. The operating system was forced to roll off the GDS rather than scratch it at job termination. CA Disk did not hold an ENQ on the base because ENQGDGBY was set to Y. This allows creation of a new generation. At disposition time, the product sees this condition and scratches the generation.
