Reason:

The job attempted to initialize the CA Disk Health Checks, but the job step was not running as an authorized program.

Action:

Verify the following:

• The program being executed is link-edited with AC=1.
• All the libraries in the JOBLIB or STEPLIB are in the APF data set list.

Ignore this message if the job step is not intended to be run authorized. Because, the CA Disk Health Checks will be initialized when an authorized CA Disk job runs.
