Reason:
The CSI INQ for DSN=ddddd failed with RC=255 and a LOCATE was done as an alternative. The job should run OK for completion, but performance may be affected.
Action:
If message 4484 is issued during IXMAINT processing, the CSIINQ introduced for increased performance has failed. Even if the LOCATE completed with RC=0, CA Technical Support should be notified so that the catalog problem can be resolved and resulting performance problems can be addressed.
