Reason:
The job was attempting to open the CADisk database, but the DBBKSTAT job is currently being used to make a static backup of the database. No other task is allowed to have the database open while a static backup is being made. Since this will most likely be a temporary condition, CADisk will automatically go into a retry loop where it attempts to open the database every 10 seconds. This message is issued as a WTO and is also written to the MSGPRINT data set. Accompanying this message is message 4464 which is issued as a WTOR giving the MVS console operator the option to cancel the retry. The list of databases being accessed is appended to the end of the message.
