Reason:
The BACKOUT command must determine to which database the current FILES dataset is assigned. The ADSDC650 control table does not contain an entry for this FILES data set.
Action:
The BACKOUT command is terminated with a user abend. Determine if the FILES data set has been converted to a database. If so, it is possible that it has already been processed by the BACKOUT command. Verify the STEPLIB identifies the correct CADisk load library.
