Reason:
The convert command has used the record counts of the FILES data set to estimate the number of blocks required for the index area data set. It estimates that you will need more space. See the preceding 4409 message for the number of blocks required.
Action:
Either increase the primary space allocation of the index area data set or ensure there is enough secondary space to fulfill the requirements and use the FORCE parameter on the CONVERT command.
