Reason:
The SEQFILES DD is required for the utility function to complete.
Action:
If this is issued by ADSDC177, ensure the SEQFILES DD is allocated for the DBUNLOAD command. If this is issued by ADSDC192, make sure SEQFILES is allocated to an existing SEQFILES data set for the DBLOAD command.
