Reason:
CADisk requires service from Datacom that are only available at certain service pack levels. If a request to use a specific Datacom service fails because that service is not support, then this message will be issued.
Action:
Ensure the most current version of Datacom is installed. Ensure the Datacom CAILIB and CUSLIB libraries are specified in the STEPLIB.
