DATABASE ERROR, TABLE=(ttt) CMD=ccc ERROR=(nn) IRC=(iii) DBID=(nnn)

Reason:

An unanticipated error occurred while accessing a CA Datacom database. (ttt) identifies the CA Datacom table. ccc identifies the CA Datacom command being attempted. (nn) is the CA Datacom return code. (iii) is the CA Datacom internal return code. (nnn) is the database ID where the error was encountered. This message is followed by 4354 and 4355 messages which interpret the code.

Action:

Observe the 4354 and 4355 messages in conjunction with this message to determine the problem.
