Reason:
The conversion and reverse conversion utilities require the SYSLIB DD to be present so the ADSDC650 control table can be updated. (reason) can be conversion or initialization.
Action:
The current process is terminated. Add the SYSLIB DD to the failing job step and ensure it names the STEPLIB or JOBLIB library that contains the ADSDC650 control table.
