Reason:
Message 4286 is issued at the EOJ of XCOPY when the operator has responded END to the WTOR MSG 4255 and there were explicitly selected DSN's that were not processed.
Action:
When message 4286 is issued, it is a warning that the DSN's listed have not been processed. Depending on operational procedures, XCOPY needs to be re-started to reprocess these DSN's.
