Reason:
An error may occur for one of the following reasons, with a corresponding message depending on the return code:
REASON: (1) VOLUME NOT MOUNTED OR (2) FMT1 STRUCTURE ON VOLUME CORRUPTED
REASON: FMT1 DSCB NOT FOUND IN VTOC OF SPECIFIED VOLUME
REASON: (1) PERM I/O ERROR ON VOLUME, OR (2) CVAF ERROR RC ENCOUNTERED
REASON: INVALID WORK AREA POINTER
During "SCAN REALVOLS" command process, an attempt to retrieve the format-1 DSCB for a multi volume data set (ddd) or volume (vvvvvv) failed.
Action:
Research accordingly and contact CA Technical Support for assistance.
