Reason:
Optional parameter BACKUP cannot be specified with command SCAN CATALOGS= when the PRIMARY2 option is in effect.
Action:
Remove the BACKUP parameter from the SCAN command and use SELECT CATALOGS= followed by a BACKUP or ARCHIVE command to process the selected catalog when the PRIMARY2 option is in effect.
