SPECIFIED LRECL OF (lll) MUST BE GREATER THAN OR EQUAL TO (mmm)

Reason:

The record format requires that the LRECL (lll) be at least (mmm). For RECFM[F], one byte is the minimum. For RECFM[V,D], four bytes is the minimum. In addition, one byte must be allowed for the ANSI or Machine carriage-control.
