Reason:
The ENQWAITD sysparm has been coded with the WTOR option. This message is issued when an enqueue cannot be immediately obtained for data set dddddd. The system continues to wait for the enqueue unless the operator responds with 'N' to bypass the wait and the data set; it will then continue with the remaining data sets. When no response is given, the system will wait and eventually process the data set when the enqueue is satisfied and remove the WTOR.
