Reason:
The sysparm that controls primary allocation amounts for PDS Compress, RESTORE, RECOVER, COPY, and MOVE functions is specified with a value that is not valid. The valid entries are: Y, N, or 3.
Action:
Specify PRIALLOC with one of the valid entries and run the job again.
