Reason:
The STORCLAS= parameter was specified during a RECOVER or RESTORE job in which sysparm SMSALLOC was set to N. For STORCLAS= to be a valid option, SMSALLOC must be specified as a Y.
Action:
Change the SMSALLOC sysparm to Y and resubmit the job.
