Reason:
During a Guaranteed Backup of an SMS-managed data set, sysparm SMSGBRST was used to update the expiration date of a previous Guaranteed Backup of the same data set. This is an informational message stating the expiration date was changed from 99.365 to today's date plus the value specified in SMSGBRST.
