SELECT REQUIRES A PRECEDING SCAN COMMAND

Reason:

While validating the SELECT command, FMS determined that a SCAN command had been omitted. The SELECT command requires a preceding SCAN command, and is only valid for the SCAN group in which it appears. Processing is terminated with a command error.
