Reason:
An attempt was made to open the TMPFILE DD during an XCOPY job, but the OPEN failed to open the data set. The TMPFILE DD is used to store copies of ARCHVOL and DSNINDEX records that need to be placed into the output Files Data Set. Since only one Files Data Set can be open at any given time, these records are stored on disk until all processing is completed before being written to the output Files Data Set. Check the JCL and resubmit the job.
