ATTEMPT TO FREE VOLSER=(vvvvvv) FAILED. VOLSER FOUND IN TABLE BUT USE COUNT IS ALREADY ZERO. IGNORING ERROR AND CONTINUING.

Reason:

This is an informational message indicating that volume (vvvvvv) to be deallocated by module ADSFH112 was found in the VOLSER table with a use count of zero and was not previously allocated. The situation was ignored by ADSFH112.

Action:

The CADisk operation in progress was not affected. If an allocation control product did not add or change a volume for the allocation, then this message indicates that an internal program logic error has occurred and it should be reported to CA Technical Support.

If another software product has added a DASD volume to the allocation, this message can be ignored.
