Reason:
This message is issued during compress processing for an SMS PDS when it is not cataloged, or a catalog error is encountered. If there is a catalog error, an IDC3009I message is issued showing the catalog return code.
Action:
If you want to process this PDS you may either catalog it, or specify the USE parameter to compress it in place.
