Reason:
If it is determined that the size of the subfile is too small, an UNLOAD of the FILES data set followed by a reinitialization increasing the size of the subfile, followed by a RELOAD will correct the problem.
Action:
If the size of the subfile is adequate, a REORG of the FILES data set will correct the problem.
