Reason:
The last known status for the data set was ROLLED-OFF or DEFERRED, so the entry was not rolled in. The original status will apply to renamed data sets as well.
For MOVE and COPY, the original status is based upon the catalog entry prior to the MOVE/COPY operation. For RESTORE and RECOVER, the catalog status at the time of the restore will be considered as the original status, if it is available (such as for preallocated data sets).
If there is no entry in the catalog, or there is no status information, the status at the time of the backup or archive will be used. If the original status cannot be determined, it will be assumed to be ACTIVE.
This reason code is issued for SMS GDSs only.
