Reason:
The user has requested to use the CA Allocate product through the VAMPOOL parameter. During execution of the #VAMSRVD macro which executes the CA Allocate programming interface, the VAMRLSE parameter discovered that the site only has support for the Quota portion of CA Allocate. The CADisk interface cannot be supported when the Quota facility is the only CA Allocate function available.
