Reason:

CADisk issues this informational message when all of the following conditions occur:

• SMSALLOCN is specified in sysparms
• PDSECONV parameter is specified in command
• Source data set organization is PDSE
• Target data set name is not eligible to be SMS-managed

Instead of a PDSE, CADisk allocates a PDS for the target data set (indicated by dsn).
