Reason:
The program attempted to open the STEPLIB DD file so that a LOAD can be issued for the User Exit IGGDASU2, but the file failed to open properly. The program doing the installation or removal of the CADisk ADSDASU2 User Exit generates this message.
Action:
Assure that the STEPLIB DD statement is allocated properly and available to the program, and resubmit the job.
