Reason:
An attempt to process SMS-controlled data sets without authorization was detected. The MODESET command "MIGSMSDS" was specified, but the requestor does not have SMS Storage Administrator Authority, which is required in order to migrate SMS-controlled data sets with Sequential Migrate.
Action:
See your SMS administrator to obtain the required SMS Storage Administrator authority and resubmit the job.
