Reason:
During restoring to PDSE, CADisk encountered an error while initializing target data set (ddd) directory. Processing of this archive data set is terminated, but processing of other archive data sets will continue.
Action:
See the IBM guide regarding STOW (with option I) return code (ccc) and reason code (sss).
