Reason:
An attempt was made to allocate the log file for the Files Data Set logging feature of CADisk, but the allocation failed. Message 2433 is printed prior to this message and indicates the specific Reason: for the failure. The allocation is retried for approximately two minutes if the SVCER99 code is 0210 (data set in use). If it does not become available in two minutes, the CADisk job attempting to allocate the log file will be abended with a U100.
This message may be issued if the TSO user, or the user submitting the job is no longer authorized to create the data set name specified by the FILOGNAM CADisk sysparm.
