Reason:
During the report phase of a billing cycle, the amount to be charged for data set (ddd) exceeded the maximum allowed value of 2,147,483,647. To avoid an abend the number was set to zero for the report, and this message printed.
Action:
To determine the actual amount to be charged for data set (ddd), convert value (xxx) to decimal and divide by 10000 decimal to get Dollars and Cents or 100 decimal for even Yen.
