Reason:
During recovery for a scratch error, CADisk has failed to recreate the catalog entry for data set (ddd).
This problem should only occur for SMS-managed data sets and will be preceded by message 3548.
Action:
If the problem occurs it indicates either logic errors in CADisk or a catalog error. If the reason for error cannot be determined, contact CA Technical Support for assistance.
