Reason:
Before scratching an SMS-managed data set, the volumess (vvv) where the data set resides cannot be allocated. No scratch action will be performed.
Action:
If the problem occurs it indicates either logic errors in CADisk or a MVS system error. If the reason for error cannot be determined, contact CA Technical Support for assistance..
