Reason:
In an attempt to scratch a tape, a link error occurred while using the External Data Manager Interface of TMS.
The return code (rrr) provides a reason for this failure. A likely cause for failure is that the TMS load module was not available for the job (S806 abend).
Action:
Correct the reason for the link failure. All tapes expired during this job run must be scratched manually from TMS.
