Reason:
CADisk tried to MOVE a VSAM data set (ddd). During allocation, an error prevented the move. CADisk cannot reset the change bit in the DSCB for the original copy of the data set.
Most likely, another program changed the DSCB entry for the data set after it was retrieved for MOVE processing. In theory, this should not happen since an exclusive enqueue is in effect for move processing.
The data set may qualify for backup unnecessarily because the change bit is left on. The DSCBUPDT Utility can be used to turn off the change bit.
