Reason:
The user has started IXMAINT using a version of CADisk which includes a changed Files Data Set structure. This is not valid. The Files Data Set must first be converted to the new structure by running UNLOAD and REINIT processes against the OLD Files Data Set and then reloading it. Processing ends with a U200 abend.
