Reason:
CADisk found an invalid entry in a PARMLIB table. The value specified by (tttttttt) is the PARMLIB member that needs to be reviewed. The entry number specified in (nnnn) is the sequence number that needs to be corrected. This entry has an invalid data set name specified with either a blank or an invalid pattern character, or it is entered in an incorrect column format.
