Reason:
There is an error with the DSCL SELECT/EXCLUDE command parameter COMPONENTS. It must be entered with either the DSNAMES= or TABLES= parameters on the same SELECT/EXCLUDE statement.
Action:
Add the DSNAMES= or TABLES= parameters to the command in error and resubmit the job.
