Reason:
I/O errors were encountered when attempting to run a VBACKUP against the volume listed in the previous 2860 CADisk message. The maximum number of I/O errors that can be encountered during VBACKUP are specified in the sysparm IOERRLIM. When the I/O error limit is reached, processing is bypassed for that volume, and the above message is issued.
