Reason:
The catalog (ccc) for data set (ddd) resides on a volume (vvv) that is currently offline or unavailable.
In a multiple-CPU environment, the volume that the catalog resides on may not be shared with the system the job was executed on.
Action:
To process the data set, either make the catalog's volume available to the system or run the job on a system that has the catalog available.
