Reason:
Since there was no END OF FILE (E type record), for the data set, the archive fix utility constructed one. The EOF record contains the last 160 bytes of the DSNINDEX record. CADisk was unable to get the DSNINDEX record from the Files Data Set, to use for updating the EOF record. This can cause problems for a CADisk REBUILD, since information needed to REBUILD a DSNINDEX record is taken from the EOF record.
