Reason:
An I/O error occurred reading an audit log data set (aaa) that had been selected to recover the Files Data Set. As long as an I/O error occurs reading this data set, the Files Data Set recovery utility will not be allowed to complete. One way to prevent selection of the data set in error would be to adjust the time and date parameters on the FRECOVER command.
